FITTING AND USAGE:
In order to provide maximum protection, the hard hat must fit securely on the head and the suspension must be adjusted to a snug fit. Helmets should be fitted and adjusted using the headband and cradle for the required size. One size fits all because of the adjustable head strap (52-62 cm). The front rim should be placed facing forward.
MAINTENANCE:
It is recommended that the helmet be cleaned regularly using only warm, soapy water than dry it by soft towel. The service life of the helmet can be determined by the exposure of sunlight, climatic conditions, physical and/or chemical exposures and the frequency of usage.
INSPECTION:
The hard hat shell should be inspected prior to each use externally and internally. Immediately replace the hard hat if any sign of wear appears or if there is any evidence of damage, abuse or plastic degradation as this may be a sign that protection is reduced. Any hard hat that shows signs of worn or damaged parts should be removed from service immediately and replaced. Hard hat suspensions should also be inspected closely for cracks, frayed straps or other signs of wear. Any suspensions or hard hat shells that are damaged must be removed from service and replaced immediately. The service life of the helmet is three years, but it is recommended to replace the entire suspension system at least every twelve months. The date of production can be found in the inner side of the front rim: the year of production can be seen on the middle of the circle, the month on the side of the circle.
STORAGE:
When not in use, store in a cool, clean, dry place in its original bag, do not place the product in direct sunlight or in environments where excessive heat or chemicals can be found.
WARNING:
The attention of the user is drawn to the danger of modifying or removing any of the original component parts of the helmet, other than as recommended by the manufacturer. The helmet should not be adapted for the purpose of fitting attachments in any way other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Any helmet which has been subjected to severe impact should be replaced as soon as possible.
