🔄 Return Policy

🕒 Easy 14-Day Return

At Cridem, shopping is simple — and so are returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you received it via courier.

Products can be returned either:

  • by completing the online return form, or

  • directly at our stores in Oradea (see Contact section).

⚠️ Certain product categories are not eligible for the 14-day return period.
Please read carefully the specific return conditions below before sending back any product.

🧾 How to Return Products Purchased from Cridem

You have several options to return your product(s):

  1. In-Store Return
    If you are in Oradea, you may visit one of our stores (see the “Contact” section), making sure that the product meets all return conditions.

  2. Online Return Form
    Complete the return form, specifying the reason for return and your preferred option — exchange for another size/color, replacement with a different product, or refund.

  3. Shipping the Return
    Once you receive our confirmation approving the return request, you can send the product back via courier to the address provided in our message.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  4. Refund of the Payment
    If you requested a refund and the product meets the return conditions, the amount paid will be transferred to the bank account specified in the return form, within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item.

📦 General Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, regardless of whether the buyer is an individual or a legal entity.

To be accepted, returned products must:

  • be in the same condition as when received;

  • include all original packaging, labels, and accessories;

  • show no signs of wear, damage, or unauthorized intervention.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • products with damaged or incomplete packaging;

  • items that have been excessively used, scratched, chipped, or otherwise damaged;

  • incomplete products missing accessories, manuals, or warranty certificates.

If the purchased item was part of a promotional campaign with gifts, all bonus items received must also be returned.

When purchasing multiple identical products, you may open only one unit for inspection; the rest must remain sealed.

⚙️ Category-Specific Return Conditions

🔸 Consumables, Car Care Products, Cleaning Solutions

  • can be returned only if unused, with packaging and seals intact.

🔸 Electrical, Electronic, Audio Products

  • can be returned only if unused, unopened, and complete;

  • items with manufacturing defects may be returned within the warranty period.

🔸 Power Tools and Equipment

  • can be returned only if unused and in original packaging;

  • items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 14 days of delivery or during the warranty period.

🔸 Gift Vouchers

  • the value of gift vouchers cannot be refunded;

  • products purchased with vouchers follow the return conditions of their respective category;

  • if paid entirely by voucher, the voucher will be reactivated (if still valid);

  • if paid partially by voucher, the voucher is reactivated and the remaining amount refunded.

🔸 Custom-Order Products

  • cannot be returned, as they are specially ordered at the customer’s request;

  • may only be returned if they show manufacturing defects, under the warranty terms of EU Directive 2019/771 / OUG 140/2021.

💡 Important

The 14-day return period does not affect your legal rights to warranty, repair, or replacement under applicable consumer protection laws.
