Now you can return our products within 30 days!

Our store CRIDEM offers you the possibility to easily return products, without any hassle. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you bought, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the date you received it from the courier.

Products can be returned after filling in the return form or directly in our stores in Oradea (see section Contact).

However, certain products do not benefit from this 30 day return period and can not be returned. Before returning any product, please read the "Conditions of Return" specific for the selected product, which are detailed below.

The "Return within 30 days" option does not in any way affect your legal right of return within 14 days, in the case of distance selling regulations.

How do you return products sold by Tuning Shop Cridem ?

You have several options:

1. If you are in Oradea, you can go to one of our stores, at the addresses mentioned under "Contact", but not before making sure that product or products meet the return conditions, mentioned below.

2. Or fill out the "Return form", making sure beforehand that the product you want to return fulfills the return conditions.

3. Fill in the return form under "defects or other details" if you want to change the product with the same model, just a different size or color, or you want to change the product with a different one, marketed Tuning Shop Cridem, or you want a refund.

4. After you receive our notice approving the application for return, you can contact the courier for the return of the product. 

If you opted for reimbursement and the product or products qualify for return, we will refund your money in the account mentioned in the return form. You can check your new account balance within 15 calendar days.

If you choose to return the product by filling in the return form, please note that the shipping values corresponding to the courier transport will be accounted for by you. You can estimate the cost of return using this computer HERE.

Conditions that must be fulfilled:

You can return the products within maximum 30 days from the date you enter in their possession, whether you are the final buyer, person or entity. For the return to be approved, the return form must be sent no later than the 30th calendar day within your receiving of the product.

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. They will not be accepted if you made unauthorized interventions upon them or if hey have been damaged, for example: products that have damaged or incomplete packaging, for wear or excessive use, scratches, flaws, bumps, mechanical/electrical shocks; Also incomplete products are not accepted, products must have all accessories on them.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original labels, intact warranty certificates, if they have been issued by the manufacturer or distributor, instructions for use, etc.

If the tems you purchased were part of a marketing campaign and you received gifts in return, then you need to return those gifts as well.

If you purchased more than one item of the same model and brand, you can unseal only one, the rest must have the seal of the package intact.

 Specific conditions that must be met by the products you want to return:

 Supplies, cosmetics, maintenance products:

- Can be returned only if not used and they have the package seal undamaged.

Electrical, Electronics, audio:

- If they have not been used, if they are complete, if you have the package seal undamaged.

- Manufacturing defect can be returned within 30 days from delivery date.

Electrical Tools and Tools:

- Can be returned only if they have undamaged packaging, if they are complete.

- Manufacturing defect can be returned within 30 days from delivery date.

Gift vouchers:

- Equivalent Gift vouchers can not be returned

Products purchased with gift vouchers:

- These products can be returned according to return conditions from their specific category.

- If the product has been paid in full by voucher, without there being a money difference, we can reactivate your voucher and you can reuse it. If the validity of the voucher has expired, it can not be used.

- If the product has been partially paid with voucher, we can reactivate your voucher and refund the equivalent that you paid. If the validity of the voucher has expired, it can not be used.

Special Order Products:

- Whatever category they belong to, if these products were supplied as a result of a firm order from you, advance payments can not be returned.
