Just send us your contact details and your car model — our team will find the right parts or accessories for you and send a personalized offer.

🔹 How long are showroom orders reserved?

Products ordered in our showroom are reserved for 3 calendar days.
After this period, they are automatically returned to the warehouse.

🔹 What if the part I ordered doesn’t fit my car?

Such cases are very rare. You can filter compatible products directly on the website, and after placing your order, the Cridem team will manually verify the chassis number (VIN) to ensure compatibility.

🔹 What if the part I’m looking for isn’t listed or is out of stock?

If you can’t find a product, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
We will check availability directly with the manufacturer and notify you as soon as it becomes available.

🔹 How long does delivery take?

Products in stock are usually delivered within 1–2 business days in Romania.
Deliveries to Hungary are made via Magyar Posta within 3–5 business days, depending on the region.

You can choose from several secure options:
