  1. I don't have time to look for accessories and car parts on www.cridem.ro. What should I do in this case?
    You can always contact us via email, contact form or telephone. It is important for us to have your personal contact details in order to send you the most relevant information and offers. We will look up the best quality car parts and/or accessories you need. In addition, we will make sure that these parts will be delivered to you in the best conditions!

  2. How long are the items ordered reserved in your Showroom?
    Items ordered are reserved in our Showroom for 3 days. After this period they will be sent back to our stockrooms.

  3. What happens once the accessory ordered does not match my car?
    This scenario is highly improbable. Each car part and accessory can be selected through a filter available on our site. Therefore, you can view products compatible with your car brand. After you placed your order, we will check the chassis number.

  4. What do I do in case the accessory I'm looking for can't be found either on the site or in stock?
    If you can't find it on our site, we highly recommend that you contact us via either email or telephone. Subsequently, we will recommend you the product in question as soon as possible. In case the requested item isn't in stock, please contact us again. We will inform you about the availability of the product in our stock.
