Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this set compatible with the Long version of the Toyota Proace City Verso?
A: No, this specific set is designed for the Short version. Please select the dedicated listing for the Long variant to ensure correct fitment.
Q: Can I use these bars for a roof tent?
A: Compatibility with roof tents must be confirmed separately by the tent, roof bar, and vehicle manufacturers, accounting for both static and dynamic load limits.
Q: What should I do if the T-Track rubber gasket is missing?
A: The gasket must be installed according to the instructions. If missing, the channel will be exposed to debris and water, which may increase wind noise.
Q: Should I lubricate the mounting kit screws?
A: Do not apply lubricants unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer's instructions, as this can alter the required tightening force.
Q: How do I identify if my vehicle is the Short version?
A: Verify the vehicle dimensions and model designation in your owner's manual or registration documents, as the number of seats is not a definitive indicator of the car body length.
