The PILOT A11 wheel spacer kit is manufactured from high-quality aluminium alloy and precision CNC-machined to ensure a perfect fit for compatible vehicles. Important: The kit includes the screws required to secure the spacers to the hub (only for vehicles that require this system). Wheel mounting bolts must be ordered separately in the appropriate length.

⚠️ Important Installation Recommendations

• Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician or an authorised automotive workshop.

• Use only wheel bolts with the same thread size, thread pitch and seat type as the original bolts.

• The wheel bolts must be longer by the thickness of the spacer.

• After installation, ensure there is a minimum clearance of 2 mm between the end of the wheel bolt and the inside of the wheel.

• Check the bolt tightening torque after the first few kilometres and subsequently every 2,000–3,000 km.

• For vehicles fitted with modified suspension systems or aftermarket wheels, all clearances between the wheels, tyres and bodywork must be carefully checked.

• For models where specified by the manufacturer, verify the compatibility of the original wheel bolts.

• For Citroën DS3 and DS3 Cabrio models, it is recommended to balance the wheels directly on the vehicle after installation.
