Each spacer is machined from a solid aluminium alloy bar and moves each wheel 16 mm outward. This solution gives the vehicle a sportier appearance while providing the additional clearance required for certain wheel or brake system configurations.

The 57.1 mm hub-centric centre bore ensures precise centring on the hub, while the 5x112 bolt pattern is designed for compatible Audi, Ford, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen applications specified by the manufacturer.

Important: The kit includes the screws required to secure the spacers to the hub only for vehicles that use this mounting system. Wheel mounting bolts are not included and must be ordered separately in the correct length and configuration.

• Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician or an authorised automotive workshop.

• Thoroughly clean the hub contact surface before installing the spacer.

• Use only wheel bolts with the same dimensions, thread pitch and seat type as the original fasteners.

• The wheel bolt length must be increased by the thickness of the spacer.

• For a 16 mm spacer, the wheel bolts should generally be 16 mm longer than the original bolts.

• After installation, verify that there is a minimum clearance of 2 mm between the end of the wheel bolt and the components located behind the hub or inside the wheel assembly.

• Tighten the wheel bolts in a criss-cross pattern using a torque wrench.

• Apply the tightening torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

• Recheck the tightening torque after the first few kilometres.

• Check the wheel bolts periodically every 2,000–3,000 km.

• For vehicles fitted with modified suspension systems or aftermarket wheels, all clearances between the wheels, tyres, suspension and bodywork must be checked.
