• Read these instructions carefully before installation and keep them for future reference.

• Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician or an authorised automotive workshop.

• For vehicles fitted with aftermarket wheels or modified suspension systems, all clearances must be checked before installation.

• On the front axle, ensure that the tyres do not contact the wheel arches or bodywork when the steering is turned to full lock.

• On the rear axle, ensure that the tyres do not contact the bodywork when the vehicle is fully loaded.

• After installation, there must be a minimum clearance of 2 mm between the end of the wheel bolt (or stud) and the inside of the wheel.

• Use only wheel bolts with the same thread size, thread pitch and seat type as the original bolts.

• The bolt length must be increased by the thickness of the spacer. For example, if the original bolt has a 28 mm thread length and the spacer is 16 mm thick, the required bolt thread length is 44 mm.

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting surface before installation and remove any dirt or corrosion from the threaded holes.

• Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross sequence using a calibrated torque wrench and follow the tightening torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

• Recheck the bolt torque after the first few kilometres and subsequently every 2,000–3,000 km.
